Here are the driving directions to UConn Health in Farmington, CT from various major highways in Connecticut:

From I-84 Eastbound:

  1. Take Exit 39 (Route 4) towards Farmington.

  2. At the end of the exit ramp, continue straight onto Farmington Avenue (Route 4).

  3. Follow Farmington Avenue for about 1.3 miles.

  4. Turn right onto South Road.

  5. Continue on South Road for about 0.5 miles.

  6. Turn left onto the UConn Health campus.

From I-84 Westbound:

  1. Take Exit 39 (Route 4) towards Farmington.

  2. At the end of the exit ramp, merge onto Farmington Avenue (Route 4).

  3. Follow Farmington Avenue for about 1.3 miles.

  4. Turn right onto South Road.

Here are the driving directions to our UConn Health Southington Campus (1115 West Street, Southington, CT 06489) from various major highways in Connecticut:

From I-84 Eastbound:

  1. Take Exit 31 for West Street.

  2. Turn left onto West Street (Route 229).

  3. Continue on West Street for about 2.2 miles.

  4. The destination will be on your right.

From I-84 Westbound:

  1. Take Exit 31 for West Street.

  2. Turn right onto West Street (Route 229).

  3. Continue on West Street for about 2.2 miles.

  4. The destination will be on your right.

From I-91 Northbound:

  1. Take Exit 22N-22S to merge onto Route 9 North towards New Britain.

  2. Take Exit 28 for Route 72 West towards Bristol.

  3. Merge onto Route 72 West and continue until it merges with I-84 West.

Dr. Antonio Cusano is an orthopedic surgeon and specialist at UConn Health. Dr. Cusano treats the entire spectrum of shoulder, knee, and elbow conditions, including rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, knee ligament injuries, and meniscus tears. Dr. Cusano was educated at Boston College and the Boston University School of Medicine, followed by orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Connecticut and sports medicine & shoulder surgery fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He has been a team physician for the New York Giants.
